- Can I have my luggage stored after checkout?
- We will take care at the front desk for a fee (500 yen / 1 piece).
- Can I send my luggage in advance?
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your luggage, so we cannot keep it at the front desk.
If you can receive it yourself, please arrange in advance with the delivery company.

- Can I use my card to pay for the accommodation fee?

- Can I stay with my pet?
