About luggage

Can I have my luggage stored after checkout?
We will take care at the front desk for a fee (500 yen / 1 piece).
Can I send my luggage in advance?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your luggage, so we cannot keep it at the front desk.
If you can receive it yourself, please arrange in advance with the delivery company.

Can I use my card to pay for the accommodation fee?

Can I stay with my pet?
